王毅表示，中斯关系经过30多年发展，进入了稳定和成熟阶段，两国虽然社会制度、文化背景不同，但彼此相互理解、相互尊重、相互欣赏，两国人民有着友好感情。中方赞赏斯政府理解并支持中方的核心利益，坚定奉行一个中国原则。中方支持斯洛文尼亚国家独立、主权和领土完整，尊重斯方走符合本国国情的发展道路。当今世界进入动荡变革期，热点问题此起彼伏，不确定性不稳定性明显增多。面对变乱交织的国际形势，中方愿同斯方进一步增进相互信任，共同倡导践行真正的多边主义。中方祝贺斯当选2024至2025年度联合国安理会非常任理事国，愿同斯方在联合国安理会等国际机构加强协作，推动全球治理朝着更加公正合理的方向发展。
