中新网沈阳10月22日电 (记者 韩宏)“张学良旧居建筑的保护与利用”主题学术交流会日前在沈阳博物馆召开。来自沈阳建筑大学、天津大学建筑学院、沈阳市规划设计研究院、伪满皇宫博物院、沈阳市档案馆等省内外建筑领域的十余位专家学者以及文史爱好者参加了此次活动。
本次活动是张学良旧居陈列馆建馆三十余年来首次从历史建筑和文化遗产的角度出发举办的学术交流会，也是张学良旧居陈列馆学术研究向更广领域拓展的一次实践。此次学术交流会由沈阳市社会科学界联合会和张学良旧居陈列馆共同主办，同时也是沈阳市社会科学界联合会2023年度学术活动资助的计划项目之一。
沈阳市文博中心主任兼张学良旧居陈列馆馆长李声能在开幕式上回顾了张学良旧居陈列馆对这一珍贵的历史文化遗产所开展的保护工作及利用现状，期待各位专家学者深化交流，切实平衡好传承保护与利用发展之间的关系，提高张学良旧居建筑保护和利用的水平。
沈阳市社会科学界联合会科普工作部负责人、三级调研员梁睿出席会议并讲话。他指出，张学良旧居陈列馆在陈列展览、学术研究、公益讲座、流动博物馆、科学普及社科知识宣讲等方面做了大量的工作，在传播历史文化、普及社科知识、文化惠民等方面发挥了重要作用，产生了非常好的社会影响，充分体现了科普基地的作用和功能，对沈阳市科普基地起到了引领和表率作用。
为丰富交流会内涵，提升与会者的参与度，主办方安排了主题学术报告和主题学术交流两个环节。
在主题报告中，沈阳建筑大学教授、博士生导师陈伯超在题为《一座张学良旧居半部近代建筑史》的主题报告中，将张学良旧居建筑的建造过程、建筑技术及其美学思想与沈阳近代建筑的发展历程做比较性分析，论证了张学良旧居建筑是沈阳近代建筑发展史的浓缩与例证。
天津大学建筑学院副教授、博士生导师、建筑历史与理论研究所副所长杨菁以《中西结合式建筑演变历史概述(1644—1949)：以北京地区为例》为题，以晚清皇家工程中的“洋式”建筑为例，对比清代至民国这段历史时期北京地区中西结合式建筑和西方新古典建筑之间的设计异同，进一步对大青楼等张学良旧居的建筑风格做深度挖掘和价值阐释。两位专家所做的报告，激发了与会学者的思想共鸣。
在学术交流会中，与会专家学者围绕旧居建筑的营建过程、建造艺术、保护现状以及未来应如何合理利用以延续传统建筑的生命力等多角度展开讨论。
本次活动对进一步丰富和发展旧居建筑的保护与利用研究有着十分重要的意义。在研究和厘清旧居建筑的营建与使用、建造技术、美学思想及价值内涵等方面将会使馆内的学术工作迈向新高度，同时也为旧居建筑的科学性保护和合理化利用开拓了新路径，有利于充分发挥张学良旧居建筑群在辽沈地域文化建设中的重要作用。(完)
