中新网南宁2月27日电 (记者 林浩)2月27日，广西壮族自治区市场监督管理局局长李泽表示，今年，广西将打造更高层次合作平台，高质量建设东盟国家标准化合作交流中心，探索成立中国—东盟重点特色产业区域标准化组织，推动产业标准化合作、人才培养等取得务实成果，构建标准化国际交流合作的“广西渠道”。
当天，广西市场监管工作会议在南宁市召开，李泽在会上作上述表述。他介绍，2023年以来，为推动开放发展取得新成效，广西积极参与举办首届中国—东盟打击侵权假冒论坛、第三届中国—东盟标准化论坛及中国—东盟知识产权局长会议等系列活动，促成一系列重要政策、项目、平台落地。
同时，广西启动中国—东盟知识产权大数据平台建设，率先建设中国—东盟/RCEP标准云平台，收录《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》(RCEP)成员国标准题录信息7.6万多条，创新组建中国—东盟新能源汽车检测认证联盟，助推产业链高效便捷“走出去”。
此外，广西与马来西亚、越南等8国建立质量交流合作机制，推动质量技术服务拓展到全球56个国家和地区。在缅甸、老挝、柬埔寨等国家，广西与当地合作伙伴共同建设水稻、甘蔗等农业标准化示范区近6000亩，示范区普遍实现增产15%以上。
广西市场监管局还帮扶903款产品通过香港高端品质认证、200款通过“圳品”认定，累计创造经济效益353.8亿元。
李泽表示，今年，广西市场监管局将扭住“开放”关键词，积极发挥与东盟相挽的区位优势，高质量建设东盟国家标准化合作交流中心，加快推动标准、规则等“走出去”，开展平陆运河标准体系建设和灵渠标准体系研究，服务打造双循环市场经营便利地，以及西部陆海新通道建设。
具体而言，广西将加快中国—东盟/RCEP国际知识产权总部基地建设，争取列入“部区共建”知识产权强区范畴。加快筹建“一带一路”国家计量测试研究中心(广西)，推进中国合格评定国家认可中心东盟分中心项目建设，提升服务贸易便利化支撑能力。
同时，广西将高质量承办“一带一路”质量品牌发展大会，研究制订面向东盟的海外知识产权保护措施，完善海外知识产权风险防控体系，建设新能源汽车标准技术贸易措施信息服务平台，为面向东盟质量品牌合作提供“广西经验”。
“我们将争取与老挝共建火龙果等农业种植标准化示范区350亩以上，争取与印尼在糖蔗、木薯等领域标准化合作取得新的突破，培育面向东盟的‘小而美’项目，打造一批标准化标志性工程，加快标准、规则等‘走出去’步伐。”李泽说。
此外，广西还将深化与粤港澳大湾区质量技术交流合作，推行香港优质“正”印认证、深圳“圳品”认证、湾区认证等高端品质认证，打造广西产品和品牌走向国际“新渠道”。(完)
